[vox] LUGOD.org website down

The other day I was trying to remember the name of the new
IRC server everyone's using, since the 'happenings' over on
Freenode.  I tried going to the LUGOD website, but it seems to
be down!!!

It appears to still be down today.  I'm still getting moderation
emails from the Mailman system, so it seems the host, as a whole,
is still up.  (And hopefully that means this email will get through
to the list & out to subscribers fairly immediately.)  No website
isn't good, though!  8^o
