I am not a ham, but I have a small amount of experience with SDR and
am willing to participate.
I am running a cheap rtl-sdr dongle hooked to a discone antenna. I
have tried SDRsharp (using mono), but I recently switched to gqrx
scanning. I have also set up a few gnu-radio pipelines and would enjoy
hearing from more experienced users.
