[vox] Got splashes working with madbomber2

[Brian Lavender]

They are not "real" splashes as in there is no gravity applied to them yet,
but it's a pretty neat effect.

http://brie.com/brian/madbomber2/src/madbomber2-0.17.tar.gz

./configure
make
sudo make install

and to run, just type the command
madbomber2
