[vox] FBI and Microsoft shut down botnet

I see an irony repeated here. Microsoft designs bad software. But rather
than taking the blame, they create a diversion and have the FBI clean
up their mess, or at least try to clean it up. There are still botnet
controllers out there according to the article.

If you find a vulnerability in their software, you can be in violation
of the law for disclosing it.
