Really, it's always been like this.  If we're talking _Linux_ specifically,
we're talking specific distros (and keep in mind our last meeting was on
SUSE, and back in May it was on Ubuntu), or the Linux Kernel
(compling, tuning, hacking) -- we haven't had a Kernel talk in almost
12 years, it looks like. :^D

We've done a few like this, as well as a few roundtables.  Generally,
it's harder for me to pin down 4+ people to speak at a meeting, than it
is to find one person or organization/company.  With the latter, I can
guarantee we'll have 45min to 1.5hr worth of content.  With the former,
it can get into cat-herding territory, and we might end up with a grand
total of 5 minutes of presentation, then we all go home. ;)
