[vox] November 21st meeting: need speaker & venue!

I just found out that the Yolo County Public library will be closed
due to furlough in late November, so we won't be able to hold our
scheduled meeting (Mon. Nov. 21st) there.

We ALSO don't yet have a speaker/topic for that meeting.  So I'm open
to suggestions:  What and where? :)

PS - FYI, here are the meetings that we DO have scheduled so far:

  * Sep 19th @ Library: Full Scale Flight Simulators
  * Oct 17th @ Library: Hacking Space Exploration and Science
  * Dec 19th @ TBD:     WidgetFX widget platform
  * Jan 16th @ TBD:     Processing programming lang/env
