[vox] Installfest in Davis this Saturday! (AndHaskell/LLVM talkatLUGOD next Monday)

Speaking of human nature does the installfest have people pop in from time 
to time w/o registering/signing up on the web site?  If yes does Lugod have 
a form onsite that people can sign like the one on the web site?  A 
disclaimer or release of liability form?
