A Cuban correction.

Let me correct that most of your living expenses would be subsidized,
but you won't have much disposable income. You would get paid in what
is called Moneda Naccional which will buy you bread, rice, beans, fresh
avocado, mango by the dozens and ice cream. Luxury goods are normally sold
in a different currency called Cuban Convertibles. You would have to drive
a cab to get the Convertibles (because you speak english and you will get
good tips!). You will probably get a decent computer to code on (provided
by the government) and the ability to work on TuxPaint full time, a roof
over your head, and free health care of course. You would probably work
interatively with kids in schools with TuxPaint developing the curriculum
and helping them with other GNU/Linux stuff. Not to mention, you could
hang out by the sea! Solo puedo imginar la vida que Ernest Hemmingway
vivio! (I can only imagine the life Ernest Hemmingway lived!)

BTW, the gnutella crepe was good. Sorry you had to leave Crepeville
so soon.
