[vox] ACM programming contest

Last night a couple students from UCD showed up and I mentioned the ACM programming contest.

It looks like the local competition just took place, so if you missed it, you will 
probably have to wait until next year. .

I highly recommend the programming contest. It's a good way to challenge your coding skills.
I have often been humbled by it.
