Linux Foundation, Executive Director, Jim Zemlin
Zemlin?s career spans three of the largest technology trends to rise over
the last decade: mobile computing, SaaS and open source software. Today, as
executive director of The Linux Foundation, he uses this experience to
accelerate the adoption of Linux and support the future of computing.

Zemlin?s career took root at Western Wireless, which had a successful IPO
and was later acquired by Deutsche Telekom and renamed T-Mobile USA. He was
also a member of the founding management team of Corio, a leading enterprise
application service provider that had a successful IPO in July 2000. Other
posts have included vice president of marketing at Covalent Technologies and
executive director at Free Standards Group (FSG).

Zemlin has been recognized as one of the top 12 Linux and open source
bloggers and is widely quoted in the press on Linux and the changing
economics of the PC industry. He is a regular keynote speaker at industry
events such as COMPUTEX, LinuxCon, Gartner?s Open Source Conference and Open
Mobile Summit, among others. Zemlin advises a variety of startups, including
DeviceVM, and sits on the boards of the Global Economic Symposium, Open
Source For America and Chinese Open Source Promotion Union. Zemlin?s blog

Nokia, Head of Maemo Operations, Samir Agarwal,
As the Head of Maemo Operations at Nokia's Silicon Valley offices, Samir is
constantly looking for ways to make mobile software platforms more
attractive for collaborators and developers. He has worked on finding new
ways to monetize technologies in different environments and building
profitable ecosystems around middleware platforms in large and small
companies. Samir has held multiple roles in architecture, engineering
management, business development and strategic partnerships in the software
and telecom industries. He also has extensive experience in areas of network
management and Internet architectures. Samir holds a BS and MS in Computer
Science.

Intel ? Senior Strategist Software. Peter Kronowitt
Pete Kronowitt is a Software Strategist in Intel's Open Source Technology
Center and is responsible for MeeGo business development and worldwide
program for Linux operating system vendors. Pete has more than 20 years in
the high-tech sector, with IBM, Xircom and more than fourteen years with
Intel.  He has led global teams for market and platform roadmap development
in the worldwide channel and directed software ecosystem relationships for
new Intel platform introductions. Pete has held positions as board observer
at JBoss as part of an Intel Capital equity investment, was a founding and
Steering Committee member of the Open Business Readiness Rating, and
Steering Committee Vice Chair for the Open Source Development Lab Desktop
Linux Working Group. Pete also participates on several open source company's
advisory boards.
