Conference News and Notes:

Flash and the City May 13th-16th

We were thrilled to welcome those who came to New York City to 
attend Flash and the City, which took place right in Apress??? 
backyard last month. It was a jam-packed conference featuring a 
tremendous selection of speakers, such as friends of ED author 
Peter Elst, who literally helped shape the Flash, Flex, 
ColdFusion, mobile, and UX design industries. For those of you 
who missed out, the Flex Show live recording episodes from Flash 
and the City are now available. From New York, the Flash 
community now heads west to Minneapolis for the small but 
perfectly formed Flashbelt conference. Amongst the many speakers

Olympia Area SQL Server User Group

The Olympia Area SQL Server User Group (OASSUG) was founded in 
the Spring of 2007 with the mission of providing free training to
SQL Server DBAs and developers as well as the opportunity to

the third Wednesday of every month. OASSUG currently has an
