[vox] Let's have a key signing party this Monday!

You will have to forgive me. I was playing a bit of a joke. I was
replying to a thread almost three years old. :) But the idea of a key
party sounds cool, so in a way, I was being serious. So, some day
other than Monday, Nov 20, 2005.
