[vox] Accepted into Google Summer of Code for OSSIM

I just officially got accepted into the Google Summer of Code for this
summer. I will be working on OSSIM "Open Source Security Information
Management" I will be implementing SSL/Kerberos between the different
components. Technically, I will be implementing Authentication,
Authorization, and Accounting between the components using SSL and or
Kerberos.
