Thanks to all who offered their opinions and suggestions when I queried
about DSL recommendations in Sacramento a couple of weeks ago.  I ended up
dumping AT&T and going with Sonic.net.  In theory, at least; Sonic needs
to use AT&T's lines, and AT&T's provisioning office is being snotty about
giving out new data lines.
