[vox] Windows Vista

I will get vista but not now...too soon.  Bugs that will show have to be 
ironed out and the cost is way too high however I don't know if it will drop 
within this year.

Since I am a gamer I want vista for the newer games utilizing dx10 and other 
technologies.
