I just noticed this book while looking for Gimp books for someone on IRC
at Nerdbooks.com...  Here's the official Wiley page about it:

It seems to cover Open Source / Free Software (specifically mentions GNUWinII).
Anyone heard of it or seen it?  Is it any good?
