Frank here is a candidate for the degree of Doctor of Business
Administration in Information Technology Management.  He's conducting
a survey on Free Software and Open Source as part of his requirements.

He is enrolled at the H. Wayne Huizenga School of Business & Entrepreneurship
at Nova Southeastern University in Ft. Lauderdale, FL.  The survey has
been approved by the Director of Research and the Board of Institutional
Review at NSU...
