[vox] Next meeting location - Co-Op or Library?

The Davis Library has another, much smaller meeting room
(technically only supposed to seat 15 people) which is available,
and which I've gotten us penciled in to use.

It's free, of course, and we must be out of the room by 9pm (no
exceptions, since it's inside the library proper, unlike the Blanchard
room where we normally meet).

I also swung by the Davis Food Co-Op to check out their conference
room. It's a little bit larger. I snuck a peek at the calendar hanging
on the door, and it looks as though March 2nd is available.

However, the people I would need to talk to about renting the room weren't
there, so I can't be sure until tomorrow. I also don't know how much,
if anything, the room would cost. It SOUNDS like they can give rooms out
for free, and since we're an official non-profit, I'm guessing we could.

Other possibilities include Room 1128 at Kemper Hall (the room adjactent
to Room 1131... at Installfests, we usually take down the barrier between
them, if you can imagine), or other rooms on campus.

At this point, I think I'd prefer we meet OFF campus, due to parking
costs (and possible distance from parking to the room we might end up with).
However, I've asked Kevin and Chris from the CS Club to keep looking
into on-campus possibilities, to keep our options open.

Also, I've emailed Richard Lowenberg from DCN, asking if we might be able
to use the City of Davis Computer Lab (on A Street; where we've had
"Intro to Linux" classes). No word back yet. Honestly, based on the
room layout there, I think I'd prefer the Library's small conf. room or
the Davis Food Co-Op, since they're both a little more flexible,
furniture- and seating-wise.

So... in case anyone feels like making any comments, I'll go over the
list so far:

  * Library
    Pros - People already know where it is.
         - We can have the room if we want it. Just need to give them a
           confirmation.
    Cons - Limited seating.

  * Davis Food Co-Op
    Pros - Slightly larger than Library Conf room.
    Cons - Might not be free. (Probably will be, though!)
         - Might not even be available! (Probably is, though!)

  * City's Computer Lab
    Pros - Projection screen
    Cons - NO idea if it's available, or will cost anything.

  * Somewhere on UCD Campus
    Pros - Probably free
    Cons - Parking cost.
         - Potential distance from parking.
         - Some rooms might not be very big.

IMO, it's really a toss-up between Co-Op and Library.
