I'm working on a paper for my Systems Analysis class for library school on
the value of open source projects for libraries. I'm looking for some
good resources that would help with this project. I think that the OSS
community is one of the most important elements, and I already have _The
Cathedral and the Bazaar_ as part of my resource list, but I'm looking for
others.

Has anyone got any suggestions?

"I really didn't realize the librarians were, you know, such a dangerous
group. They are subversive. You think they're just sitting there at the
desk, all quiet and everything. They're like plotting the revolution, man.
I wouldn't mess with them."
