well, maybe.  i tend to go after the cheap stuff.   ;-)

that's certainly possible!

they usually ask you a billion questions like what's your income, how
many computers do you own, blah blah blah.

i could certainly imagine some poor undergrad actually spending the 15
minutes on the phone, while an IT professional (earmarked by salary, the
number of computers, highest level of educationa ttained, etc) would
probably hear an automated VMS and go "forget it.  i'm willing to pay
the friggin $20!".
