Not necessarily, but Saratoga is not the best for parking on weekends (the 
yuppies comeout to catch some sun and spend their discretionary cash at 
trinket shops and 'fusion' cuisine venues...

(note: I frequent Saratoga for haircuts and 'The Bank' the only decent 
watering hole in teh area)
