Have you checked <a href="http://prgmr.com/">http://prgmr.com/</a> ? I haven't looked lately, but it<br>
used to be very price-competitive. Small VPS outfit in Silicon Valley,<br>
caters specifically to technical people who are not going to need<br>
handholding.<br>
