[vox-tech] LUGOD Server Notes

This is to note that the LUGOD server has moved, and to test the mailing
lists accordingly.

It's now on a minimal hosted VPS plan at digitalocean.com.  To give them
a little plug, I'm very impressed with this hosting service; with 20 GB
of SSD storage, 512 MB RAM and 1 TB bandwidth at $5/month it's quite a
