I believe he meant the one I run.  http://mirror.cse.ucdavis.edu.  It
had some corruption that was common across the 3 rsync enabled mirrors I
tried.

It however has fixed itself and I've done a few upgrades with no problem.

My favorite change is the ability to turn off the evil global menu.
