[vox-tech] troubleshooting Ubuntu Tahr upgrade

Thanks! I just grabbed the .deb from wheezy and that installs and runs
without any problem. Yes, sounds like it must be a ubuntu problem.

The ubuntu .deb lists https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+filebug for bug
reports so I guess I should file the issue there.
