[vox-tech] Ubuntu tahr upgrade from UC Davis mirror?

Hi list,

I was just trying to upgrade my ubuntu distribution from the UC Davis
mirror and keep getting errors that the download of some of the files fails
as the files don't match their checksums.  Has anyone else had success or
hit this issue in upgrading from the UCD ubuntu mirror?
