I personally operate my own mailserver on some cheap VPS provider;
running postfix+dovecot on Slackware64 13.37.  Normally I'd host
in-house, but I live up in Truckee now, and thus have very
inconsistent internet and power, particularly in the winter; I'm
considering shelling out the big bucks for some colo space in Reno or
Sac someday, once I can actually afford it (if ever).

Which reminds me that I should update my LUGOD membership one of these
days to reflect the new email address...
