[vox-tech] track pointer scroll

I am trying to enable scrolling with my track pointer on my Thinkpad T60 running Debian squeeze.
According to this page I can use the xinput command to enable it.

Problem is, there doesn't seem to be the "xinput" command. 

$ xinput set-prop "TPPS/2 IBM TrackPoint" "Evdev Wheel Emulation Axes" 6 7 4 5

bash: xinput: command not found

Any tips here?
