[vox-tech] stuck tcp connection?

I have an application that talks to an ldap server. The application seems
be blocking on the ldap connection. I did a netstat -an and I see that 
there is a connection to the ldap server that has 81 packets in the Send-Q.
Is it safe to say that the acks aren't getting back and the connection is
blocked?
