[vox-tech] TV tuner capture card?

Could this be the answer to my dreams???

I have been looking for something like this for a while.

A couple of questions if you have the time.
1) If this is hooked up to the network and can be used to watch live tv on
any pc, can you watch one show on one pc and another on another pc?
2) Has anybody used this?
3) Are there any drawbacks like skips and lag?

One thing that still bugs me though. I wish that Netflix was compatible
with Linux. I imagine that there is a work around but from the research
that I have done there are still problems with that approach. I guess that
I will get some sort of virtual box or separate hard drives.
