[vox-tech] voip solution for Linux

Hello dear friends:

I am looking for a voip solution on the Linux platform. My requirements are
as below:

1. I want to have a phone number like a hardline's;
2. The software is running on a headless Ubuntu server;
3. A phone (maybe a router as well) using USB port;
4. of cause the void quanlity should be decent or better.

Can anyone suggest any software/service/hardware?
