We do have a talk scheduled, yes.  If you think you can confirm
something, I can see if he's willing to reschedule, or perhaps we
can just give you a little time to do a 'mini-talk.'

The plan is to have cake, pizza and snacks, as per usual for our
anniversary meetings. :)
