[vox-tech] Quicktime/mov

Hi everyone!

Up until a few weeks ago, I was able to play movie trailers from 
http://www.apple.com/trailers/ without problem.

Now whenever I try to watch trailers, it gives the blank screen that I 
think is synonymous with needing a codec.  I've tried searching, and I 
can't find anything that will help.  I assume that a new updated codec 
would be automatically be downloaded from update manager.

So I'm confused and not sure what to do.  Does anyone have suggestions?
