[vox-tech] play DVD with mplayer

Hi,

I used to be able to play DVD with mplayer when my system was ubuntu
7.10, after I upgraded it to 8.04, I can't do it any more.

It seemed that mplayer recognized the dvd, but it takes unusually long
time to read it and reported " CRC check failed!  "

I don't think the dvd itself has a problem since it's readable from
other devices. Is it the problem with my cdrom or software?
