[vox-tech] Red Hat rpms in CentOs

I've had some exposure to these in a production capacity and can confirm the
compatibility has been precise, with even CentOS rpms matching exactly the
MD5SUM of the Redhat counterpart in some cases.  Test, of course, but would
expect no problems what so ever.
