There's also Pan (GTK+/Gnome) and KNode and KLibido (Qt/KDE).
GTK+ and Qt are both available on Windows, so there may be ports of these
apps.  I'm more of a 'tin' guy.  Poor comp.sys.atari.8bit's kinda quiet
these days... everyone's moved over to web forums, it seems. :^(
