Ditto that.

For those using the Exim4 MTA, consider the EximConfig prepackaged
configuration set as a starting point:
http://www.jcdigita.com/eximconfig/  It includes Exim4 ACLs that
actively check for various forms of RFC compliance prior to SMTP-level 
acceptance.

Kudos on joining the "reject, don't bounce" movement.  ;->
