207.247.90.26's NIC is fine, the network between you and it is fine, but
it claims not to be running an ssh daemon at the moment.
It sounds like you might have another computer on your LAN using the
same IP address. These mass disconnection events occur when the other
computer sends out a packet and your switches decide 207.247.90.26 is
suddenly attached to a different port and using a different ARP address.
Another possibility is that mmagdb is behind some kind of NAT router or
stateful firewall, and the router is going nuts every so often.
