$10/hour for "engineering graduates" with over 2 years of PHP/MySQL
experience, conversant in English, etc. is insane.  If the company charges
$10 - $15 /hr, I wonder what the programmer gets?

And I wonder what they charge for doing CS homework?   ;-)


Maybe those liberal arts majors really will get the last laugh...
