[vox-tech] a few pre-install questions

Rod already answered as I would:  make windows the first partition, 
consider Gentoo, and NTFS is iffy with rw.  But I'll add: NTFS is fine 
for windows since you plan another fat32 data partition for sharing. 
That has worked well for me.
