it's two things:
1. time put in (aka reading and googling)
2. willingness to learn.
sounds like you have #2 covered. just have to do #1!

we do. it's called vox-tech. :-)
people here love to answer questions. and we have a very supportive
environment. not too many questions go unanswered on this list.
