This actually looks fine the way it is (that's what my system says,
and it works). You don't need more commands to boot Windows.

However:
 * Does grub support SATA? Does the Win2k bootloader?
 * Do you have the partition entry for Win2k correct (particularly the
   disk number (hd1)?
