[vox-tech] learning (la)tex

Thanks for the suggestion of "A (Not So) Short Introduction to LaTeX2e" as a
good place to learn about Latex.  I have been writing reports in it for
awhile, but never had a good reference.  I was always having to google around
for solutions.  It is a nice (free) reference.
