[vox-tech] lyx crash

I have recently installed lyx 1.3.3.  It was working fine yesterday. 
When I click on the preferences the program crashes and give the
following error to the terminal:

Session management error: Authentication Rejected, reason :
None of the authentication protocols specified are supported and
host-based authentication failed
/usr/bin/lyx.bin: relocation error: /usr/bin/lyx.bin: 
undefined symbol: _ZN7QWidget7repaintEb

I am running Mandrake 9.2 on a P4 1.8Ghz
256 MB
ATI 7000
30 GB HD
