*AHH* ... I tried a handful of ways to set items in this file and
didn't get something that worked... since I found that some items could
be changed via hdparm (like breada was affected by -a), and I didn't
think the others would apply to the problem I didn't look...
I've always wanted to play with the "current_speed" and "acoustic"
