[vox-tech] installing Dialogic on linux

I am installing Dialogic card (for telephony
application) on linux ( red hat 7.3), before
confugering the system says that i have to install
Linux Streams Software (LiS).
Could any of you mail me what this software is and
where can i download it from as i am running short of
time.
