[vox-tech] HOWTO: fiddle with mutt

Yeah... Neither of them are quite right, but one of the
other should work for me.  It would be nice if they had
a forward with attachments command, but I suspect that 
there is some politics involved if this "basic" feature
hasn't been included :-).
