We're using sbl.spamhaus.org and list.dsbl.org

Between the two, about 65% to 70% of incoming mail is rejected by the mail=
=20
server. We seem to have a very poor signal to noise ratio for email on our=
=20
domains.

Spamcop does not reccomend using their blacklist to block mail, rather, the=
y=20
suguest using it with score based filters such as spamassassin.

spamhaus should cause very few peroblems with false positives (they don't=
=20
blacklist large netblocks on a whim), and list.dsbl.org only lists single I=
Ps=20
at a time.

I have heard that the MAPS lists are good, but they are subscription only.=

You do not have to pay for personal use, though.
