[vox-tech] how *not* to load the serial module at boot time?

I guess if you're looking for something elegant, don't read on.  But=20
if you don't want the kernel to load serial.o, just:

=2E compile it as a module, which you did
=2E move it out of /lib/modules/2.4.x.-y

then, the kernel can't find it.  Also, by looking at error messages,=20
maybe you can see what loads it.  I imagine there is a kernel command=20
line parameter to keep it unloaded also.
