[vox-tech] Installing DNS

I recently upgraded my version of BIND but after a long time of trying to 
figure out how to turn my server into a DNS server, I have been 
unsuccessful. I assume the first step is to get named to run. when I try 
to run it by typing '/path/named' it doesn't even show up in my processes. 
Does anyone know why it isn't showing up? I haven't touched any of the 
default files. oh yeah, I'm using RH 7.2.
